Can I get the refund?
We completely understand that unexpected things happen! While the initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your exclusive time slot and our photographer’s schedule, we would be more than happy to apply it toward a future date that works better for you.
When and where does the tour end?
The exact time and drop-off point vary slightly by package, but your convenience is our priority. We always conclude at a safe, central location and will happily assist with your transportation back to your accommodation!
Can I change the travel date?
Yes, you can certainly change your travel dates. Please share your new dates with us, and our team will quickly check availability and any potential fare differences for you.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Absolutely! To make your trip completely hassle-free, we offer dedicated airport transfers for a small supplementary fee. Let us know your arrival time, and we will take care of all the arrangements for you.
